A very enjoyable afternoon was held on Tuesday November 2^nd when the Club played host to members and guests for a scrumptious 3 course luncheon. One of the features of the afternoon was the result of the “Calcutta” auction winner taking home more than $1000 in winnings on the Melbourne Cup.

There were many other sweep winners plus prizes for the best dressed Lady and Gentleman as well as the best judged Lady’s hat.

The afternoon was capped off with four of our ladies gracing the catwalk, modelling outfits sponsored by “Rebellious Rose”, a local Boutique at Alfred Cove.

This event has become a popular annual feature on the Clubs calendar.
